Augmented Reality is a fast-paced technology, therefore we keep close ties with our partners at ETH Zurich & Imperial College London to contribute and remain on top of the newest developments in the field.
The coffee case was developed to show the capabilities of the framework. Such as displaying videos, animations and step-by-step guidance.
Rimon collaborated with a group of PhDs and master students of ETH Zurich during the HackZurich. The goal was to showcase the capabilities when combining four different state-of-the-art technologies in a playful way, namely Mixed Reality, Generative Design, Laser Cutting and IoT. This showed huge potential for industry cases, while also resulting in new ways of developing complex structures.
Human Behavior Analysis
During the master thesis of our Co-Founder Kordian at ETH Zurich, he investigated human behavior analysis using the Microsoft HoloLens 2. Based on the collected hand and eye data he was able to accurately predict the users intention thanks to the phenomenon called hand-eye coordination. Have fun watching the video. Augmented Reality Process Optimization of Manual Assembly
During the master thesis of our Co-Founder David at ETH Zurich together with dormakaba, he investigated how to support people during manual assembly using the Microsoft HoloLens 2. He supported untrained students to commission a gate, where mechanical, electric and software components had to be handled.
